The board have 32 MB SDRAM and Atmel Data Flash on SPI bus (variable size). With microSD Card support, extended with modern SDHC, operating at up to 25MHz the board is tested with 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB cards. The board is build around AT91SAM9G10, based on ARM926EJ-S™ ARM® Thumb® Processor with:

The board is based around the LPC 236x communication microprocessor for multi-purpose serial communication applications. On the board there are two oscillators – one 32,768 khz for the RTC and one 12mhz used for the core clock. On-board 256K Serial EEPROM connected with the microcontroller via I2C.
